Volunteer Waiver of Liability and Release

I acknowledge that in the course of my volunteer activities with Mercy For Animals (MFA), I may encounter situations or circumstances that may pose risks to myself or others. I KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS of bodily injury, death, or loss to property, whether known or unknown, that may arise in the course of my volunteer activities with MFA.

I further AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE FROM LIABILITY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND NOT SUE, MFA, its agents, employees, volunteers, and affiliates, for any and all claims or damages which I have or which may hereafter accrue, or which may be sustained by me or any third party, directly or indirectly, whether known or unknown, in connection with or arising out of, my volunteer activities with MFA.
